Payment for financial coaching services is due according to the agreed schedule. All fees are quoted in South African Rand and include applicable VAT where required.

Limitation of Liability

Edunovusacademy provides educational financial coaching services and shall not be liable for investment decisions or financial outcomes resulting from the application of coaching principles.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, methodologies, and content provided by Edunovusacademy remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use materials for personal financial development only.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client financial information and coaching discussions. Clients are expected to respect the confidential nature of our coaching methodologies.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with appropriate notice. Termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate South African legal channels.
